Retreat Consultancy, Hosting & Guest Experience

Creating a memorable retreat is about so much more than choosing a beautiful location. It’s about how every guest feels from the moment they arrive until long after they’ve returned home.

Drawing on my background in nursing, wellbeing, coaching and retreat leadership, I work with retreat hosts to help create thoughtful, welcoming and well-organised experiences that guests genuinely remember.

Whether supporting with planning, refining the guest journey, hosting during the retreat or supporting the guest experience before, during and after the retreat, including content creation where appropriate, I bring a calm, practical approach and an eye for the small details that often make the biggest difference.
